- 10 emergency department bays open 24/7, with a helipad
- 3 operating rooms
- 3 surgery suites
- 1 cesarean (C-section) delivery operating room
- Imaging services, including MRI, CT scan, X-ray, ultrasound and more

In 2021, Atrium Health Foundation launched the largest, comprehensive philanthropic campaign in the history of Charlotte.
