Your use of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is free and confidential. Through the EAP, you have access to a number of programs to help you identify and overcome what could become personal setbacks. These programs include:

  • Prevention and wellness seminars, such as budgeting and stress management, or even dealing with difficult coworkers
  • Confidential assessments, referrals and short-term counseling – up to six sessions for each employee and each of their family members per year
  • Referrals to community resources, such as child/elderly care and credit/legal counseling
