Emily Smedek is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who focuses on family medicine.
She previously worked as an emergency room nurse and became inspired to return to school so she could advance her skills and provide a higher level of care for patients.
Smedek received her master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
She enjoys spending her time away from work with her husband. They especially like going to the gym, traveling together and being with friends and family.
