Jennifer T. Bhojwani, MD

“I was drawn to women's health because of the lifelong connections to my patients, many of whom I have cared for since I started in my practice 17 years ago. . Like so many obstetricians, I was hooked from my very first delivery in medical school. It is such a privilege to be with a family during one of the most memorable days of their lives, and even more special when it involves a patient I have seen for a number of years.” 

Dr. Bhojwani is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN).

She is a general obstetrician and gynecologist but sees many breast cancer patients in her practice. As a survivor herself, she can understand the unique gynecologic concerns her patients face during all stages of their diagnosis and treatment.

She received her medical degree at Marshall University and completed a residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.

She and her husband, who is also a physician, met during their OB/GYN residency. They have a son, 2 daughters and 2 dogs. Dr. Bhojwani feels fortunate she can dedicate herself to her family as well as a career she truly loves. During her free time, she enjoys running, hosting friends and traveling, particularly family ski vacations. She’s an avid reader and is active on a board for victims of sexual abuse.
