Dr. Fleishman is board certified in internal medicine. He specializes in general medicine, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and kidney disease.
He is the assistant specialty medical director for the Atrium Health Department of Internal Medicine - South Region. He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for diabetes, heart and stroke, and patient-centered medical home care model of care that puts patients at the forefront of care.
Motivated to care for the entire person, he works to develop a mutual commitment for the best outcome in each patient’s case.
Dr. Fleishman received his medical degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed a residency at the University of Minnesota.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, tennis and cycling.
