Dr. Nicholas Masciello specializes in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN).
He received undergraduate degrees in biology and psychology and a minor in Spanish for the medical profession at the University of North Carolina. He received his degree in osteopathic medicine at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Eastern Carolina University.
Dr. Masciello has won several awards, including the Resident of the Year Award, the Resident Recognition Award and the OB/GYN Resident Teaching Award of the Cohort multiple times from the Eastern Carolina University School of Medicine. He was also voted the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine Student of the Year for their South Boston campus.
Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, friends and family. He likes reading and writing fiction, particularly fantasy and sci-fi. He is active in sports and is also a huge Carolina Panthers fan.
