Carolinas College of Health Sciences transforms lives by educating, engaging and empowering professionals for an evolving healthcare environment. To create the best environment for learning, our facility, equipment, learning resources and faculty must be of the highest quality. Alumni gifts can be targeted for specially selected needs or scholarships or to a general advancement fund that allows the College to apply the gift as needed.
The Atrium Health Foundation can assist you with all gifts including estates, trusts and appreciated stock. You can call 704-355-4048 for assistance or donate online. You can make an online gift via the Carolinas College landing page on the Atrium Health Foundation website.
College faculty regularly identify unique needs and opportunities to support the education, engagement and empowerment of students. These wish list items can be sponsored or funds can be donated directly to the college in support of a specific program or need.
Since we can't personally visit all 5,000 Carolinas College of Health Sciences (and Charlotte Memorial Hospital) alumni, our annual phone-a-thon lets us connect with alumni across the country, sharing experiences across generations of students. During the phone-a-thon we update information we have on file, let you know the latest news from the college, answer questions, and seek your financial support. Learn how you can help.
Some classes meet regularly for reunions; some come together only infrequently. As a way to give back to the college and help current students, classes often make a contribution to the college in honor of their class. The Class Gift is given to the college collectively by the graduating students. Most often spearheaded by the Student Government Association, fundraising throughout the year (candy sales, book and jewelry sales) provides the resources for class gifts. The class gift provides an opportunity for students to leave behind a lasting contribution to benefit future students. Click here for a current list of past class gifts.
