With a nationally and internationally renowned team of physicians who serve as faculty, our residents have access to a breadth of experience and knowledge in the Adult Neurology residency program. View their bios.
The curriculum is designed to prepare our residents for independent practice as a general neurologist or neuro-hospitalist. Nevertheless, trainees will have ample exposure to all of the major subspecialties within neurology to help aide in decision making regarding fellowship training if desired. The program is centered around the outpatient experience and well over half of the training is in the outpatient setting including general continuity clinic, specialty continuity clinic, and electives. The bulk of inpatient experience will be on the primary (admitting) stroke service as well as the consult only (non-admitting) general neurology service.
Additional information on curriculum in this program can be found here.
Residents will have a specific rotation from residency years PGY-1 through PGY-4.
