Biography

“I love the Paul Farmer quote, ‘The idea that some lives matter less is the root of all that is wrong with the world.’ I do my job because I think every person deserves to be cared for as if they were part of my family, because they are.”

DeHoff is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a special interest in pediatrics and adolescent medicine. She enjoys performing procedures such as birth control implant insertions and removals. She also manages teen depression and anxiety medications in conjunction with therapy.

She initially started her healthcare career as a doula, assisting women through childbirth and the postpartum period. She eventually found her way to pediatric emergency medicine and has been taking care of children and young adults ever since.

Her father is a physician and her mother was a teacher, so the desire to help others was instilled in her from a young age.

DeHoff received her family nurse practitioner training at Frontier Nursing University.

She spends a lot of time with her 2 teenagers who keep her on her toes. She loves hiking with her dog and traveling anywhere. She feels there is nothing better than seeing what the world has to teach us through exploring new places.
