Dr. Walls is a board-certified pediatrician. She is an assistant professor of pediatrics in the Division of General Academic Pediatrics.
Dr. Walls' prior research and grant support have examined the care of diverse children with developmental and behavioral disorders like attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder.
She has also studied how telehealth and virtual care impact the care received by patients in community clinic settings.
She chose general pediatrics because she loves science and addressing her patients’ physical, developmental and socio-emotional health.
Dr. Walls received her medical degree and completed her residency at Vanderbilt University. She followed that with a fellowship at Boston University.
She enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and family. She loves music and attending live concerts.
