Haugen is a board-certified physician assistant, specializing in family medicine and is an advanced practice provider (APP) at Atrium Health Primary Care Mint Hill Commons Family Medicine. She has a special interest in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
She received her physician assistant training at Emory University.
Haugen is married with 2 children. She and her husband are proud grandparents. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, gardening, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
