Dr. Levy is board certified in family medicine. He has clinical interest in preventive medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and women’s health, and caring for the aging population.
He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and an instructor for Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics. Dr. Levy was recognized as Family Medicine Residency Teacher of the Year at Atrium Health Cabarrus Family Medicine. He feels being part of Atrium Health has allowed him to grow while teaching and learning. He is inspired by his partners and the family medicine residents to always work harder and do more for his patients.
Dr. Levy also has a passion for working with patients who struggle with addiction to tobacco, alcohol and opioids. He chose medicine as part of leading a life of service.
He received his medical degree at East Carolina University and completed his residency at Atrium Health Cabarrus Family Medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Levy enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons. He stays active by running, cycling, hiking, and swimming, especially with friends. He has a particular fondness for nature and enjoys beekeeping, gardening and identifying wildlife.
