The MODEL-med® Lucy and Lucy’s Mum Instrumental Delivery Birth Simulator is designed to assist in the education and training of delivering with a vacuum. The trainer has been designed to accurately simulate the tactile experience of using a vacuum and provide the necessary focus on the delivery of the head of the baby. Lucy’s Mum features a high pelvic floor providing a realistic experience for learners with the vacuum cup being pushed and held onto the head of the fetus. Lucy’s head features fontanelles that can be easily felt.
