As our communities continue to recover from COVID-19, we are leading the way with our innovative COVID-Safe for Employers initiatives. Through this program, we’re helping employers reopen as safely as possible by providing critical screening and testing, as well as expert guidance and support. Plus, our offerings can be customized based on your organization’s needs. This will help your employees feel safe, protected and confident as they return to work in a COVID-Safe environment.

Here are our current offerings:

We’re helping employers get back to business with Vaccine to You, a program providing COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the worksite. With convenient appointments, employees can get their shot and get back on the job quickly – so your workforce can be productive and protected.

Vaccine to You details

  • Participation in the clinic requires a 35-person minimum.
  • The vaccine type (single or double dose) will be based on vaccine availability.
  • To ensure efficiency, the clinic offers vaccination by appointment only.

Cost: Free for employees. One simple fee for employers.

  • Employers pay a flat fee per event day to bring vaccine services to their site.
  • The fee covers a dedicated point of contact, event planning, vaccine storage and logistics, staff travel costs and reporting.
  • The vaccine will be billed to each employee’s health insurance.
  • For employees without health insurance, the vaccine will be fully paid for by the Provider Relief Fund

Designed to help you increase safety and better protect your workforce and customers, COVID-Safe Consulting includes an on-site assessment, review of employee roles and business practices as well as a comprehensive report with customized guidance and recommended.

A team of experienced healthcare professionals will administer and manage COVID-19 testing for your employees at your worksite.

Testing events can be scheduled 4 to 7 days after employee exposure for any employee who has been in close contact with a COVID-positive individual. On-site COVID-19 testing is also available for mitigation purposes and other organizational needs.

Testing options include:

  • Rapid testing – results are expected within 15 minutes
  • PCR lab-based testing – results are expected within approximately 2 to 3 days

Following the event, employers will receive a comprehensive results report for all employees.

The presence of COVID-19 antibodies in an employee’s blood may help determine their immune response to the virus and help support future research. Our antibody testing takes place directly at your worksite. On the day of testing, employees will be given educational materials about the test. Blood samples will be collected via venipuncture (drawing blood from a vein). Following the test, employers will receive employees’ results via email.

Following a worksite exposure, our team will help you determine the level of exposure your employees have sustained, identify high-risk individuals and connect them with Atrium Health’s virtual observation unit.

If one of your employees develops symptoms, our care team will reach out to them and determine the appropriate course of action. If COVID-19 diagnostic testing is necessary, we will schedule your employee at one of our testing sites. Employees can access their results via MyAtriumHealth, automated phone call or text message.

Atrium Health is offering employers a COVID-19 symptom checker tool, free of charge. This makes it easy for employees to record the presence or absence of virus symptoms each day.
