Instructions

Interested applicants should complete the following:

  • Register for the ASHP Residency Matching Program (natmatch.com/ashprmp).
  • Ensure eligibility for North Carolina licensure (ncbop.org). Licensure must be obtained by September 1st of the residency year.

Applicants may submit a transcript that does not include the fall semester’s course work, then later provide an updated transcript when available.
    • Letter of Intent: Applicants should describe why you have decided to pursue this specific program and what one hopes to gain from residency training.
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • PhORCAS References: Three professional references must complete the online PhORCAS reference form in the system.
    • Extracurricular Information: Applicants will be asked to enter extracurricular activities into PhORCAS.
