About Dr. Brown: Dr. Brown joined the faculty in 2005. Since that time she has served as the clinical care team leader at Atrium Health Biddle Point. Dr. Brown also serves as an adjunct professor for the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her special interests include teaching and working with underserved populations. Dr. Brown is a proud member of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical fraternity and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

About Dr. Bruckelmeyer: Dr. Bruckelmeyer joined Atrium Health in 2018 and has worked in various settings, both inpatient and outpatient, as a clinical pharmacist on Atrium Health’s Clinical Flex Team before transitioning to Myers Park Internal Medicine. She is currently managing chronic disease states, such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD and dyslipidemia of internal medicine patients. She enjoys teaching and precepting pharmacy students and residents.

About Dr. Phillips:
Dr. Phillips joined the Department of Family Medicine and was appointed as a clinical assistant professor with the UNC School of Medicine in 2008. She also serves as a preceptor for the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Her interests include pharmacotherapeutic management of anticoagulation, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. She is published and has presented to her colleagues on the local, state national, and international level.
