About Dr. Helms: Dr. Helms joined Atrium in 2018 as a PGY1 pharmacy resident in the ambulatory care setting. After residency, she joined the pharmacy team at Atrium’s Levine Cancer Institute and worked there for three years as a clinical staff oncology pharmacist. She transitioned to her current role at Atrium’s CarolinaCARE pharmacy as the lead clinical pharmacist in July 2022 where she provides clinical support to Atrium teammates and their dependents. She specializes in managed care and her clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiac risk reduction and obesity. In her time away from the office she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks!

About Dr. Said: Dr Said has been with Atrium Health since her graduation in 2008. About Dr. Ledford: Dr. Ledford joined Atrium Health in 2023. Prior to joining the Department of Pharmacy and the Department of Family Medicine at Atrium Health, Dr. Ledford served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the VCU School of Pharmacy and a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at VCU Health working within the Division of Geriatrics. Dr. Ledford's clinical interests include comprehensive therapeutic management of diabetes mellitus, cardiometabolic disorders and infectious diseases, as well as the implementation of alternative pain management strategies. In his spare time, Dr. Ledford enjoys listening to a variety of music, cooking, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.

About Dr. Crawford: Dr. Crawford joined Atrium Health in 2016 and has worked in various settings, both inpatient and outpatient, as a Clinical Coordinator in inpatient Internal Medicine at Carolinas Medical Center before transitioning to Clinical Coordinator of Myers Park Internal Medicine Clinic. She also serves as coordinator of the Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Student Scholars Program. Clinical interests include nephrology, diabetes, anticoagulation, and transitions of care. About Dr. Wilkins: Dr. Wilkins joined Atrium Health in 1997 and has spent his entire career in ambulatory care. He currently serves as a director of pharmacy, managing ambulatory clinical pharmacy services which includes primary care, transitions of care, population health management and value-based care. Special interests include administration, leadership and practice sustainability. Clinical areas of interest include diabetes, anticoagulation, asthma, cardiac risk reduction and HIV. Dr. Wilkins is also passionate about the role lifestyle plays in chronic disease and he is certified in culinary medicine.
