Why Atrium Health Ambulatory Care PGY2? I have always loved developing relationships with patients and helping them fully understand their medication regimens as well as helping them overcome any barriers that are in their way regarding their health. I believe pharmacists in the ambulatory care setting are in such a unique position to help so many patients. I have loved my time at Atrium Health as a student and PGY1 resident. I have gotten to learn from so many great pharmacists and am excited to continue to learn in this pharmacy forward environment. I wanted to take an extra year to expand my knowledge on my clinical, research, academic, and leadership skills and I am confident that all of the opportunities that Atrium has will help me get there. I am most excited about the opportunity to pilot pharmacy services at pulmonary clinics.
