CMC Nurse Anesthesia Program Application

Application must be made to both UNC Charlotte Graduate School and Carolinas Medical Center Nurse Anesthesia Program. All applicants must be accepted for admission to UNC Charlotte Graduate School and the School of Nursing before consideration for entrance into the Nurse Anesthesia Program will be given.

UNC Charlotte Graduate School Application

Applications for UNC Charlotte may be obtained at the UNC Charlotte website.

Application Deadlines

Applicants may interview only one time per admission cycle. An admission cycle consists of two interview sessions as listed below.

Session I:

First week of August of the year prior to the intended start date.
Application submission deadline for this session is June 10.

Session II:

Last week of November of the year prior to the intended start date.
Application submission deadline for this session is September 10.
