Eligibility

Applicants must have a Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy or a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee certificate from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. Completion of an ACEP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency (or one in the process of accreditation) is required. Must be eligible for pharmacist licensure in North Carolina

  • Letter of Intent (outlining resident’s goals and why they are choosing the program at Carolinas Medical Center/Levine Children’s Hospital)
