Our program participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service. Your dean’s office can help you with the application process. You will not be required to complete a written application. Three letters of recommendation are required in addition to the dean’s letter. One of these letters should be from the chairperson or designee of the Department of Neurological Surgery from your medical school.
