Interests outside of the hospital: With a wife and 2 kids at home, family is very important. Spending time with family and friends at local breweries provides the break we need to relax. We also enjoy quick trips to the North Carolina shore as much as possible.

Best things about Charlotte: Charlotte is great for a number of reasons: 1) great weather with four distinct seasons, 2) it's a wonderful place to raise kids, 3) Charlotte is a big city with a 'small town' feel, and 4) the local professional sports teams provide exciting entertainment and a fun community of local fans.
Interests outside of the hospital: Spending time with my wife and two daughters, exercise, home improvement projects and deer hunting.

Best thing about Charlotte: I’ve spent the last 11 years in Winston-Salem, so Charlotte is going to be my first chance to live in a big city with a wealth of opportunities. I love how cosmopolitan, progressive, clean, and safe it is despite being really affordable. There’s always something to, delicious restaurants to try and new gyms to check out. 
Interests outside of the hospital: Crossfit, nutrition, meditation, yoga, traveling, watching really good historical fiction, spending time with my family, friends and new husband!
