Undergraduate school: Washington and Lee
Medical school: University of North Carolina
Career interest: Undecided
Best thing about Charlotte: Its home! Charlotte has a little bit of everything from professional sports (Go Panthers!) and plenty of restaurants and breweries to easy access to any outdoor activity. It has something for everyone and is only going to continue to get better. To top it all off, the people are pretty awesome here too.
Interests outside of the hospital: Yoga, painting, horseback riding, football, anything outdoors, catching up with friends, and traveling when I get the chance.

 Rob Turk

Rob Turk, MD

Career interest: I love all of ortho so I'm keeping a very open mind....but sports and spine are at the top of my list right now.
Best thing about Charlotte: I have yet to have bad food at any place in Charlotte (including the hospital cafeteria)- so the consistently great food and diverse selection is a big win for the city in my mind. Also, I love the city skyline and how there are amazing views of it from multiple different neighborhoods around the hospital.
Interests outside of the hospital: Basketball, reading, working on my golf swing, and finding the best wheat beers and Tripel selection in the city.
