Quitting smoking cuts your risk of having a heart attack, heart failure or an irregular heartbeat. Quitting also cuts your risk of getting lung cancer, diabetes and asthma.

In fact, former smokers who kick the habit for at least 10 years have almost the same life expectancy as those who have never smoked.

Serious About Quitting?

Our program includes three to four, 90-minute group sessions that are free. All sessions are with a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist.
